The Site is owned and operated by HJL Development LLC (“HJL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about: Clear Creek Wilderness Reserve; HJL Development LLC; Lewis Smith Lake and the surrounding region; Proposed residential homesites; Proposed infrastructure, amenities, and community features; Property-tour opportunities; Development updates; Sales and brokerage contacts; and Other matters relating to the proposed development. The Site is intended primarily for adults interested in real estate, residential homesites, lake-community information, property tours, and related development information. You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to submit an inquiry or request through the Site.
2. Proposed Development and Plans Subject to Change
Clear Creek Wilderness Reserve is a proposed development. Plans, renderings, homesite configurations, availability, amenities, pricing, and construction schedules are preliminary and subject to change without notice.
